Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Service of GIT Consulting and Services Inc. (operating as "Xusmo"). It protects Xusmo, our customers, and the public. By using the Services or publishing a website with Xusmo, you agree not to do β€” or allow others to do β€” any of the following.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not create, host, publish, or transmit content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, under any law applicable to you or to us;
  • Infringes any intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity right;
  • Is child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualizes minors β€” zero tolerance; such content is reported to the authorities;
  • Is pornographic or adult content;
  • Incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or constitutes hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups;
  • Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or constitutes a scam, phishing, or impersonation;
  • Sells or promotes regulated or illegal goods where unlicensed (e.g., weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods);
  • Contains malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging from or via the Services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other customers' environments, or any system; or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • Disrupt or degrade the Services or infrastructure (denial-of-service, resource abuse, crypto-mining, or excessive automated load beyond your plan);
  • Circumvent usage metering, rate limits, access controls, or billing;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform, models, or component library except as permitted by the Terms;
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.

4. AI-Specific Use

The Services generate content automatically using AI. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output and ensuring your published site complies with this Policy and the law. You may not use the AI features to produce content that violates Section 2, or to generate deceptive impersonation or "deepfake" content intended to mislead.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts β€” with notice where practical, or immediately and without notice for severe violations (for example CSAM, active attacks, or legal risk). We may cooperate with law enforcement. Suspension or termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report a violation or raise a content concern, contact abuse@xusmo.com.
