Refund Policy

Building your AI website with Xusmo is free. You only pay when you publish to a hosted plan. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund on those hosting charges.

• Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days of the initial charge, no questions asked.
• Monthly plans: Non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
• Free tier: Nothing to refund — you were never charged.

If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial charge, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

To request a refund, email billing@xusmo.com with your account email and the reason. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days; your bank may take an additional 5-10 days to reflect the credit.

After the 30-day window, annual plans are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of your current term.

Monthly plans are billed in advance for one month of service. Once charged, the payment is non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time from your account portal (/portal/billing) or by emailing us. After cancellation:

• You retain full access through the end of your current paid period.
• Your site stays live until the period ends, then is taken offline.
• We hold your data for 30 days after the period ends so you can export or reactivate.
• After 30 days, your site files and database are permanently deleted.

Domain registrations, one-time customization services, and other à la carte add-ons are non-refundable once delivered. If something we delivered is materially defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

We reserve the right to issue partial or full refunds outside this policy in cases of:

• Documented service outages exceeding our published SLA
• Billing errors on our side
• Account compromise where charges were unauthorized

Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while we investigate. Please email us first — we resolve nearly all disputes within 2 business days.
